The systems and the associated know-how are the intellectual property of IMS New Technologies AG; applications for industrial property rights are intended. Technologies and designations of partner companies belong to them and are named solely to describe the cooperation.
Scope
The provider is a consultancy and expert services company. This site contains neither a public offer nor an invitation to subscribe for interests; it constitutes neither investment advice nor the intermediation of financial instruments. No legal services are provided.
Value added tax
The provider holds no separate VAT number. For services to businesses established in Germany the place of supply is at the recipient’s seat and the tax liability passes to the recipient under the reverse charge procedure. For services received from abroad, Swiss acquisition tax applies.

2. Applicable law
Processing is governed by the revised Swiss Data Protection Act and, where the territorial scope of Article 3(2) GDPR is engaged, by the General Data Protection Regulation.
3. No representative in the Union
No representative in the Union has been designated. Processing through this website is occasional, does not involve large-scale processing of special categories of personal data and is unlikely to result in a risk to the rights and freedoms of natural persons within the meaning of Article 27(2)(a) GDPR.
4. Server log files
When this site is accessed, the hosting provider automatically processes access data: IP address, date and time of access, resource requested, volume of data transferred, status code, referrer and browser and operating system identification. The legal basis is Article 6(1), first subparagraph, point (f) GDPR.
5. No cookies, no analytics, no tracking
This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics tools, profiling or advertising networks. No information stored in terminal equipment is accessed; no consent banner is therefore displayed.
6. Fonts
The site loads fonts via Google Fonts (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). The IP address of your device is transmitted to the service. The legal basis is Article 6(1), first subparagraph, point (f) GDPR; any transfer to the United States is based on the adequacy decision under Article 45 GDPR.
7. Contacting us
If you write to us by e-mail, we process your sender address and the content you provide in order to deal with your enquiry. The legal basis is Article 6(1), first subparagraph, point (b) GDPR for pre-contractual measures and point (f) otherwise.
8. Confidentiality agreements
Where a confidentiality agreement is concluded, we process the particulars of the persons involved that are necessary for its performance on the basis of Article 6(1), first subparagraph, point (b) GDPR. Retention and erasure follow the contractual and statutory evidence periods.
9. Your rights
Under Articles 15 to 21 GDPR you have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, as well as the right to object; corresponding rights arise under Articles 25 and 28 of the revised Swiss Data Protection Act. Complaints may be addressed to a supervisory authority under Article 77 GDPR or, in Switzerland, to the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner.
